Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and profile image through Google OAuth authentication.
Usage Data: We collect data about how you use the Service, including portfolio data, trade journal entries, analysis requests, and feature usage.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. We store your Stripe customer ID to manage subscriptions.
Technical Data: We collect IP addresses, browser type, and device information for security and analytics purposes.
We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) process payments and manage subscriptions; (c) send important service notifications; (d) improve and personalize the Service; (e) prevent fraud and ensure security; (f) comply with legal obligations.
When you use AI features, your queries and portfolio data are sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Mistral) to generate analysis and insights. We do not use your personal trading data to train AI models. AI providers process data according to their own privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: (a) payment processors (Stripe) for subscription management; (b) AI providers for analysis features; (c) hosting providers (Vercel, Neon) for service delivery; (d) law enforcement when required by law.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain data for up to 30 days for backup purposes, then permanently delete it. Usage analytics are anonymized and retained for service improvement.
