By accessing or using TruthAlpha (“the Service”), operated by SkunkWorks AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TruthAlpha is an AI-powered trading analytics platform that provides portfolio tracking, trade journaling, technical analysis, and AI-driven market insights. The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes only.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
TruthAlpha offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal accessible from your Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (c) use automated means to access the Service without permission; (d) redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Service; (e) use the Service to provide financial advice to third parties.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by SkunkWorks AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you input into the Service (trades, journal entries, portfolio data).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkunkWorks AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or financial losses arising from your use of the Service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
